Yes — once you've loaded the app, the shell works without internet. Sales you record sync up the next time you're online. License validation gets a 24-hour offline grace window.
Each license is bound to a fixed number of devices (3 for Pro, configurable). When you activate on a device, we record its fingerprint, IP, country, and city — so you know exactly where your app is running. License sharing is detected automatically.
Yes. mnemoptic accepts Excel imports for client lists, frames, and lens catalogs. The format is documented and round-trip exports preserve all your data.

Patient data is encrypted at rest and in transit. mnemoptic doesn't sell, share, or look at your customer records. You can export and delete your data on demand. We're working toward formal HIPAA-aware contractual language for US opticians — talk to us if you need a BAA.
